MAKING A PURCHASE

Please note that we sell products via two modes: Physical Stores and Online. In some cases when we may run out of stock for a particular product, we would inform you within 2 working days depending upon the availability of product.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

Our policy aims to process all orders or issues efficiently within least period of time. Keeping this in mind our automated system will send you a confirmation email within few minutes you have made a purchase. Now we expect from you to reconfirm the details with accuracy.

We won’t process your order until we have confirmed stock availability and delivery date with you(which happens to be 2 working days normally)

In rare cases, if your ordered items(s) are out of stock and we are not able to find a suitable replacement for that, then your order will be cancelled and money paid by you will be refunded using the same payment mode whenever possible.

PRICING

At BeddingMill, we try to display accurate pricing and description at all times. However, in certain cases we reserve the right to reject the sale of an incorrectly priced item. This does not harm your statutory rights as a consumer.

PRODUCT REPRESENTATION

We try our best to show the exact colour, size and style of each product we offer but sometimes due to computer monitor settings or light exposure issues, colours displayed on your screen may not match the actual product. So please be known with this in advance that due to the manufacturing process there can be slight variations in colours, styles and sizes.

If for any reason you feel the product is not as per your expectations (appearance), it must be returned within 7 days for a refund. However, for your convenience we have given an option of emailing you with more information on a specific product.

CANCELLATIONS

If for any reason you need to cancel your order then for a full refund you will have the right to cancel your order before it has been dispatched. If you cancel it after dispatch we will treat your order as a return. However, we reserve the right to cancel order if we suspect you are not a genuine buyer.

DELIVERY / RETURNS

Bedding mill will be giving free standard delivery over 30 pounds of orders. We endeavour to deliver your orders within 5 to 7 working days in UK mainland, in quest to make our delivery process more efficient we generally dispatch the orders within 48 hours of the order being made.

In some cases due to unforeseen circumstances we are unable to dispatch your order within this specific period then we’ll contact you by an email giving you the option to cancel your order in case you cannot wait for that long. Please provide us with your complete address along with a daytime contact number for strong communication channel.

We deliver all our products via a reliable courier service so that you get your product in perfect conditions well in time. Once your order has been dispatched, we send an email that has a specific reference number that can be used for tracking purposes.

Usually our deliveries take place Monday to Friday between 10am and 6pm. Please contact us 01274 725860 or email us at info@beddingmill.co.uk if you have particular delivery requirements or any queries regarding delivery.

As we are not able to change the delivery address once the product have been dispatched so please ensure that someone is present at the delivery address to receive your order. A signature from the receiving person would also be needed by our couriers to complete the delivery process.

If you want to return the goods you have bought, we will be able to give you a full refund as soon as it reaches our warehouse. However, the cost of return must be borne by the customer.

FAULTY/ INCORRECT GOODS

Before dispatching the goods to you all of them are checked by two people against the original order. Therefore we expect you will get the products in perfect conditions. On few occasions, if you receive faulty goods, kindly let us know within 7 days of receipt with complete description. We’ll try our best to get it replaced with another one.
